We are living in times of much upheaval, uncertainty, occurring simultaneously across many of our societies. What once felt certain, is no longer, and this often leaves us feeling wobbly and confused. The comfortable familiar, no longer provides the assurances it once did. In the desire to find some relief, you may find your old coping mechanisms no longer work, sending you further down the rabbit hole. Coupled with that, there is so much information available, everyone seems to have the answer, and words are used both to illuminate, confuse and deceive, consciously and unconsciously.
Struggle is often an invitation, into a TRUER expression of ourselves, beyond what we currently know. This often requires facing what we have hidden (shadow) or avoided, bringing it into the light of SELF where it can transform. The Self is more than the mind, and my approach is aligned with this - heart, mind, body, soul.
What is normal is not necessarily natural. It is simply what is known and accepted right now. Evolution is the natural impulse of life. The keys are INSIDE.
The movement towards a greater coherence and groundedness, in our being, will often feel uncomfortable and challenging to parts of us.
