I am starting a new Codependency Group in 2026 it will run for 3months, every 2weeks. This would certainly be beneficial for family or friends, of someone with addiction or mental health issues (exception is family members of clients I see individually, though happy to refer you to alternate source - Al Anon is definitely one of those. Codependency is the system of relating that currently prevails in our society, being tangled with others is the norm - as Shakespeare wrote, oh the tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive. When we don't feel safe being ourselves, our survival intelligence kicks in and belonging to the family, society is prioristised. . It is easily recognised in our romantic relationships, yet NOT exclusive to them. And using romantic relationships as a springboard, you get the opportunity to explore, discover, become aware of some of these patterns, which then allows you to choose differently. .
This group is a beginning, as nothing changes overnight.
it provides a safe space, to allow you to recognise how your self-esteem, relationship with your self, is often reflected in your relationship with others. It is an invitation towards a more fulfilling way of being YOU in relationship, through identifying the needs, habits, that are holding you hostage.

For this new 2026 year, I am also excited to offer a Group for health professionals, expanding Self Identity; who are we beyond the role of a therapist, nurse, doctor, counsellor, coach, caretaker. The notion of the wounded healer is one that is centuries old, it is often the motivation for stepping into the healing profession, to know oneself deeply. Yet, in the demands of doing, it is easy to lose sight and connection to our own being and anchor our identity to our profession mainly, losing connection to our essence.
