In addition, I am starting a new Codependency Group in 2026 it will run for 3months, occurring every 2weeks. Codependency is best described as the system of relating that currently prevails in our society, where being tangled with others is the norm. It is most easily recognised in our romantic relationships, yet definitely NOT exclusive to them. And using romantic relationships as a springboard, it is often easier to see here, where our expectations are high, and our attachment strong. This is not a logical thing, like a job, where we accomplish certain tasks and meet goals. Relationships are much harder to hide in. I have lost track of the amount of times someone has said, I am so competent in other areas of my life, but yet, I get into relationship and before I know it, I am in the same loop.. I first saw it in myself in my late 20s, but the resolution of those imbalances, took time, as real change often does. This group is a beginning,
it provides a safe space, to allow you to begin to recognise how your self-esteem, relationship with your self, is often externalised, and tied up with your relationship with others. It offers you an invitation towards a more fulfilling way of being YOU in relationship, through identifying the needs, habits, that are holding you hostage.
